Delivery Time
Delivery time for the products you ordered for your
wedding is a maximum of 3 weeks after your wedding
day. However, material is often ready well before
that.
Product Options
Online Gallery - Included in
all packages
A password protected online gallery will be provided.
This provides an excellent way to share images from
your wedding day with friends and loved ones, even
those who may live far away. This gallery is active
for 60 days and can be easily extended for a very
small charge. Also provided is a message board that
visitors can use to convey their best wishes. The
gallery also includes a web slideshow.
Print & Viewing DVD - Included in all
packages
This DVD contains the high resolution files needed
to make high quality prints from. Having this DVD
will allow you to print your own images on your own
computer or at the photo lab of your choice. The images
on this DVD have been individually worked on by Jay
to bring out the best in each photo. It also includes
these photos at at a small enough resolution and file
size to provide quick and easy viewing on any computer
and for emailing. A license granting unlimited personal
reproduction rights is provided along with these files.
Proofs
Proofs are available for those who desire them. These
can be provided as individual 4x6 inch proofs or they
can be combined into a very convenient 8 1/2x11 or
11x14 proof book. Duplicate sets of proofs or proof
books can be a great idea for those wanting an album
for parents. A price break is available for multiple
orders of proofs or proof books.
Wedding Albums
If you desire a wedding album, that can be provided
as well. Once you have decided which photos you would
like to see in an album, Jay will design the album
in either a traditional or more contemporary "collage"
or storybook style. The delivery time for this product
is usually 6-8 weeks after you have submitted you
selection of photos to Jay.
Other Products
Custom designed thank you cards, slideshows set
to music, digital paintings , and other products can
all be provided if desired.
Shipping
Shipping of all products is included.
Travel
Travel fees are not charged for most of the New England
area.
Payment Terms
A retainer of $500 is required to reserve Jay as the
photographer for your wedding date. The remainder
of the balance is due two weeks prior to your wedding
date.
Booking
The best way to contact Jay is by telephone as email
becomes less reliable due to spam filtering and other
issues. But, email will usually work as well. Please
provide some basic information such as your names,
wedding date, location, and a phone number and Jay
will get in touch with you for an introductory consultation
where you will start to get to know him and details
can start to be worked out.
