Amelya’s Senior Photo Session, New Hampshire Senior Photography
We recently had an incredible senior session with Amelya and her mom. Amelya wanted some photos on her paddle board and I immediately loved the idea. I had an idea of what we wanted and it required a pre dawn start and a cold late summer morning. We needed fog on the water and only the water. The day of her session, it wasn’t happening, too warm and too windy, not a trace of fog or mists. We met in the dark at the lake and postponed a day. Then we all went back to bed!
I love it when we make a good weather call! The next day was perfect. We got some amazing and unique images of Amelia. It took all four of us to get these photos and I really love how they turned out. Amelya was a real trooper out on the lake in below freezing temperatures with ice forming on the deck of her board while barefoot! It only took her a couple hours to warm up after that!
After the lake we continued on with photos around the lake, at Cathedral Ledge, and in our studio. We got a great variety of images, formal, casual, inside, outside, ambient light photos, photos with artificial light, tons of stuff. Great job, Amelya (and Patti!). It was a pleasure working with you both.
Below are some highlights. Enjoy!
